Story

As an internal correspondence application, Rayapos was no longer fully aligned with the company's operational needs. The main obstacles were difficult maintenance, limited system architecture, and performance that could not support the required efficiency and speed standards. The non-responsive interface design also hurt user experience and slowed business processes. Rayapos grew out of Agropos, an app built for an earlier generation of work. As processes grew more complex, the system needed a deeper overhaul: better performance, easier management, and optimized workflows.
