Story

Bank Raya's Talent Management ran on paper: applications arrived by email or were delivered to the bank's office, then Human Capital entered the data by hand and scheduled the recruitment stages. E-Recruitment Raya digitizes the flow so the Human Capital Division runs the recruitment process and monitors every candidate's hiring stage from one place.
